We accept returns within 10 days of receipt for all Canadian orders. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email once requested. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credits will be released once Tuff Tuff Rugs is in possession of the item, inspects it, and determines it is eligible for return. All items must be un-used and in original condition. Tuff Tuff Rugs has the right to refuse returns.

Custom made rugs are final sale.

We do not accept returns for US orders.

Rugs: It takes about 2-6 days to make a rug. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you place an order for the exact times.

Bag: Current production time for bags is up to 1 week.

No. Our bags are designed inhouse but manufactered by carefully
choosen third party company.

Why?
Simply because handmade items - just like our handmade rugs, are priced accordingly as they are time consuming and require detailed craftsmanship. By outsourcing the production of our bags we are able to keep the prices down making these unique bags affordable for everyone.
